I drove by this newly opened Delicious branch at the lobby entrance of Marc Residence @ KLCC this morning and I thought of giving it a try someday... Ironically, I had lunch there for Way Kiat's birthday today itself =P
The ambience is perfect for quiet lunch in the heart of the city. Simplistic interior, cozy couches.. ahhh... However, service's not on par with the ambience. We waited for almost 30 minutes before the dishes were served... tsk tsk tsk...
As expected, food's good. Definitely a recommended place for good chill-out lunch. Last but not least, Happy Birthday GWK =)
If you're wondering where Marc Residence is, just drive down the road from Petronas Tower 1. It's after the traffic light, on your right. If you know where the former Rum Jungle site is, you'll find Marc Residence. Delicious is right next to the lobby entrance of the serviced apartment.

Merry Christmas! This year's eve is no longer sweaty and steamy countdown parties.. we're old =) We had steamboat (yes, again!) at Euric's instead.
It was a "peaceful" eve with great music and cool ambience. Yada yada yada.. we exchanged prezzie!
That's all for today! I'm off to AVP2. Ciaoz!

And as usual, we went to Joo's house for the xchange session. It's kinda cool that we get to do this every year without failing. Soon enough, I think we'll be seeing school mates bringing their kids along... sigh.. old liao lar!

Ice bucket coin picking on video...

And that ends the x'mas gathering with Seaparkians. Now, back to training materials preparation.. shucks.

It's the season to be jolly! Met up with my secondary schoolmates (the so called Seaparkians) for an annual X'mas Gathering @ Yuen's Steamboat. Ok, why this title? Before I start on the gathering itself, enjoy the chicken wing craze video @ Yuen's:
Yes, proud to be Malaysians! Malaysia Boleh! Kepak Ayam boleh! Well, the wings are delicious, but I don't think you need to rush for it like that.. tsk tsk tsk...
Ok, back to the gathering.
Although it's the same venue for last year's gathering, but we had a blast. All the eating and chatting and chicken wings grabbing =P
That's about it for the first half of the night. Part 2 coming up: Xmas Xchange 2007. For those who wants a copy of the photos, let me know! But give me some time to sort them out, we took aloooooot.

There's this hokkien mee place that I always go for a cheap and quick dinner: Damansara Hokkien Mee. Located near the Damasara Uptown ring, you can easily spot the yellow signage, and also the crowd. It's down the road from Uptown 37 (formerly Fajar Supermarket).
Well, it might not be the best in town, but it's good enough for it to have 2 branches within the same vicinity (the other branch is located in Kota Damansara).
"Damansara Hokkien Mee", it's obvious that you must try the hokkien mee. I love the fried rice (still, Fatty Crab fried rice is at top of the chart =P). Price's common: RM5 per pax. While you're there, check out the duck stall in the same shop. Apparently it's quite famous and it goes kinda well with the hokkien mee =)

a boring, lame & oversized geek =P who's a Software Engineer working on SAP in a IT cum management consulting firm. Since "the firm" is known for having no work life balance; I strive to blog about all these just to prove that: there can be work life balance... occasionally. And to answer the question in your mind, "Are you very free?" The answer is, I try (work) very hard to make myself free =)
